CommentsAfter fourteen years in the hotel business I know customer service. The folks at Sea-Pack know it and practice it as well. With their excellent attention to detail they can rest assured that I will return again and again. BRAVO Sea-Pack.

CommentsWe purchased this at the Annapolis boat show this fall and found it to be a great alternative to the vastly more expensive hand held RO pumps that are available. We just keep them in our ditch bag and don't ever have to think out them.
According to the package the conversion time is a bit slow, but when you're in a raft I guess you've got plenty of time. Too bad it doesn't turn sea water into wine. I'd buy the whole stock!
Review Summary: Pretty cool device. It saved us about 6 "boat bucks" ($600).

CommentsJust wanna congratulate you guys for coming out with an affordable desalinator.
I've been searching for such a product since 2003!
The survivor desalinator pumps from Katadyn are much too expensive! Desalter kits from the US military aren't available for the civilian market! And now finally, there is SeaPack!

Thanks for all of the helpful information that you provided me last week.
My wife and I are going to purchase three SeaPacks and re-supply kits for our offshore adventure.
